Complaints Policy
It is of great importance that any child care setting should run smoothly and that we work together in a spirit of co-operation in your child's best interests. I will make every effort to respond quickly and appropriately.
I encourage you to communicate with me on a day-to-day basis so that any issues can be resolved immediately.
Most problems can be solved on an informal basis. Where issues cannot be resolved in this way you should make a formal complaint in writing or by email, and I will investigate it further. I will inform you about the action(s) I will take as a result of the findings. If you are not satisfied with the response following your complaint or have an issue that you feel unable to discuss with me such as a child protection concern then you can complain in writing or by telephone to Ofsted (The Office for Standards in Education) with which I/we am registered at, at the following address:
